Ability to enter multiple purchase prices on seed inputs Merged

As per requested feedback from several producers at Farm Tech. Very practical as you won't always buy all the seed from one company.

Also on the chemcial side. You should be able to enter all purchases and get an average price

Ability to track and apply left over seed or chemicals from previous year in crop planning tool Merged

A customer requested we have a spot in the crop planning tool to choose from previously paid inputs so that they are factored as costs in the new year plan.
