Unless we add an option to pull in actual expenses and add new other expenses, many users at Farm Tech explained the strong need to have two new columns, one to include land rent payments and another for loan payments. The land rent cost would be an option we include in the field setup when choosing "ownership - rented", and the loan payments could be simply displayed on the profitability report, or even have an activity called "other", so we can track these other costs.
Other costs as well should be able to be included such as crop insurance, agronomic subscriptions like Climate View or Farmer's Edge. These are all done on a per acre basis usually so it needs to factor into the overall profitability
