this is related to the dashboard on the mobile app and on the view. Currently planted acres is based on the acres that you put in the planted area not the acres for crop insurance. I like to use the area including overlap from my GPS so I get an accurate idea of my actual input cost for seed and fertilizer, but this doesn’t equal the actual seeded area. I think it would be better to use the crop insurance area than the planted area?
affects percent planting complete and then at harvest time you’re not harvesting overlap acres you only harvesting your total crop insurance acres. So it shows you’re behind completion percentage as compared to The true actual.
Obviously, the workaround is to put the actual area, not including overlap into the area, but then you miss out the actual cost of that overlap.
the field map view, its easier to find a field on a map then to try to remember field numbers and the land locations, especially once have over 20. Then have to option in field map view to click on field to add activities
