Add attachment option to EQUIPMENT screen

A client expressed great desire for this feature as it would allow them to take before and after pictures of the work done on a piece of equipment on the mobile app. Presently this can only be done on the desktop.

Add ability to select "Fallow" field

This is needed so we can track crop rotation. Otherwise it looks like we forgot to input information for the fallow field

Expose GIS data when exporting reports to allow for integration to GIS based record systems

Field Id to GIS lookups allows for more data connectibility when looking at remote sensing, yield monitoring, etc.

Fertilizer

Instead of having to select and choose each fertilizer, can wee have a popup screen that you have pre-selected to have either macro, micro, or both macro and micro nutrients to show up and we tab over into each box to fill the nutrient

More details on list screens

For example, I have a list of equipment maintenance and I'd like a glance to see when I last did an oil change or greased it. Right now the list of maintenance doesn't give me any insights and I have to open each maintenance record to view details...
